Vantage is a high-end multifamily development in St. Petersburg, Florida. Located in the Edge District – an exciting neighborhood with a burgeoning arts and culture scene – Vantage offers resort-style amenities and loft-inspired interiors unique to the Florida market.

Zoyes was tasked with developing a brand that would reflect the vibrant, artistic character of the neighborhood while positioning Vantage as St. Petersburg’s premier luxury living destination.

From the word go, it was made clear that one of the development’s major selling points would be the fantastic 360 degree views on offer – providing residents with a unique perspective of the city. Zoyes developed a series of messaging and headlines centered around this core theme.

Aptly named for its location on the cusp of downtown St. Petersburg, the Edge District is a lively neighborhood with a funky reputation. Full of art galleries, music venues, and restaurants, the Edge District has quickly become one of St. Pete’s most desirable neighborhoods. The Vantage brand reflects this vibrant character with its bold color palette and a flexible, dynamic identity system.

Zoyes worked closely with the developer, the architecture team, and the interior designer to create a series of renderings that would appropriately convey the style, quality, and atmosphere of the property. With these visualizations as the centerpiece of our initial marketing effort, we moved the brand forward with a variety of digital and physical touchpoints.
