Designed for Engagement
Shifty aims to ease the struggles restaurateurs face with training new employees in the
fast-paced, ever-changing food industry. Knowing that the main challenge faced by any training app is user engagement, we helped Shifty develop a brand that brings a fun, tongue-in-cheek spirit to the forefront of the training experience. Complete with engaging, game-like features, this pocket-sized hub of information provides rookie servers and
bartenders with space to pause, learn, and have some fun along the way.
Casual, But Always Clear
Shifty's brand identity is a direct reflection of its approach to training: clear, confident, and comprehensive. This playful style takes ownership of utilitarian iconography and bold primary colors to create a user experience that is friendly, familiar, and full of personality.
Built for Digital
With the initial brand established, Zoyes moved into the design and development of Shifty's website. Intended for use as a simple and engaging marketing tool, we designed a site that reflects many of the app's core UI elements and establishes Shifty as the restaurant industry's preferred training tool.
