Pullman Parc

Looking Forward in Lafayette Park

Brand + Form

Zoyes | Pullman Parc

Featuring a distinctive blend of contemporary architecture and thoughtfully integrated green spaces, Pullman Parc is a new residential development in Detroit’s iconic Lafayette Park neighborhood.

Zoyes worked alongside developer Hunter Pasteur Homes and their architecture team to establish a comprehensive vision for the project — honing in on the unique character of the neighborhood and its residents in the context of the greater downtown area.

Originally designed by renowned architect Mies van der Rohe, Lafayette Park stands as a testament to modern urbanism. In both the architectural style of the development and the vision for its brand, Pullman Parc draws inspiration from this design heritage while looking forward to the future of the neighborhood and the city at large.

With this in mind, Zoyes worked to craft a brand that differentiates Pullman Parc from the developer’s other urban projects and elevates it against competing projects throughout the city. The result is a visual system that reflects the high degree of sophistication with which Hunter Pasteur approached the project and embraces the distinctly tranquil elements of the surrounding neighborhood.

Expressing the Vision

A development of this scale demands a robust approach to design deliverables. Pullman Parc came to life with a full-scale expression of the brand across a multitude of channels, including a refined suite of print collateral, a bespoke digital presence, and a physical sales experience inspired by the fit and finish of the product on offer.

Experiential Design

Located at Hunter Pasteur’s residential presentation center in Brush Park, the branded sales experience features custom millwork installations, a scale model of the development, and large-format typology displays — all designed, fabricated, and installed by the Zoyes team. These elements combine to create a warm and welcoming space that inspires an immediate connection with potential residents.

The Zoyes Form Studio worked closely with Hunter Pasteur’s architecture and design team to create a series of interior and exterior renderings. These visualizations serve as a key component of the greater brand: further establishing the Pullman Parc lifestyle and accurately portraying the scope and quality of the development’s various residential offerings.
