NoCa Lofts are situated just north of Michigan State University in a neighborhood that is well-located, but was perceived as outdated and uninviting. Our client sought to re-define the neighborhood’s reputation by portraying a more modern, exciting, and active lifestyle for students seeking the highest level of off-campus housing.

Zoyes approached the project as an opportunity to brand this specific development, as well as the greater neighborhood, establishing a vibrant culture that will act as a springboard for future development in the area.
