Long defined by its musical heritage and southern hospitality, Music Row is one of Nashville’s most iconic neighborhoods. Today, Marston embodies that same creative pulse, honoring the city’s vibrant spirit with a blend of contemporary design, soulful materiality, and hospitality-inspired spaces.

Rising 245 feet, boasting 396 residences, and featuring several amentity-rich community spaces — including a rooftop pool deck, library, and private dining room — this landmark property demands a brand that balances cultural weight with visual impact. We collaborated with LG Group to create a warm, compelling brand identity that could cut through the noise and establish Marston as an oasis of calm in a city that’s always in motion.
