Welcome to the
Neighborhood.

With over 3.5 acres of green space, parks, and elegant spaces to work, play and create, Little Village set out to create a communal hub for artists, accessible to all. Working with a freshly designed brand identity from Supper, Zoyes crafted a digital experience that would serve as both an educational platform and an engaging introduction to the neighborhood.

By showcasing public spaces and their offerings – such as The Shepherd, a one hundred year-old church, transformed into a cultural arts center – the website was designed to underscore the connected nature of the community’s initiatives.

The website for Little Village is designed to build awareness and drive engagement around the development and it’s initiatives. Our primary goal was to create an approachable, user-friendly design that works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile. Zoyes incorporated key features such sub-navigation for each page, filters for accessing information, and a color-coded tagging system to provide visual cues around their programming & initiatives.

Playing on physical elements of the architecture and design, we brought in the brand’s archways and bright, high-contrast color palette to help convey the inclusive spirit of the Little Village neighborhood. The final product introduces the project narrative to the public, provides information and access to local programming & events, and connects Detroit with local & international artists.
