Zoyes worked with the client to establish a dynamic visual and narrative framework that supports the development’s existing identity and reflects Hudson’s core brand values.

Vibrant primary colors, high-impact typography, and a suite of textures inspired by the building’s unique exterior architecture come together to create a brand that exudes energy and plants a bold, confident flag for Hudson’s future as Detroit’s focal point.

The Hudson’s brand is centered around a core theme, “Defined by Detroit, Built for the World.” Detroit is in Hudson’s DNA, but its orbit reaches far beyond the city that built it. The focal point of this new brand is a website, designed and developed by Zoyes, that reintroduces Hudson’s to the world and establishes it as a global retail, hospitality, and office destination.

Zoyes worked with Bedrock’s marketing team to develop a broad messaging strategy for the launch of the brand, and helped bring it to life at street level with a series of large-scale graphics installed along the building’s Woodward and Grand River Avenue facades.
