Forbes Hospitality

A main component of this branding exercise was establishing unity between Forbes Hospitality’s three unique venues. To execute this, we led with architectural illustrations, creating a suite of logos that can be used throughout brand touch points. To further expand the illustrative portion of this brand, we designed a geometric pattern to help indicate private event collateral and a floral pattern to pair with wedding collateral.

To reflect the unique experiences guests will have when attending a Forbes Hospitality happening, we created a thorough site that is well thought out, designed to draw consumers in, and showcases the beautiful experiences guests will have.

As a continuation of our relationship with the Forbes family of companies, we were tasked with establishing the Management side of the business. The Forbes family has acted as proud stewards of some of Detroit’s most iconic buildings. Today, Forbes Management continues to uphold this legacy with exceptional tenant service and a portfolio of impeccably maintained historic properties.

The main goal of this branding exercise was to differentiate the Hospitality and Management side of the business, while maintaining brand recognition between the two entities. Our solution was to lead with the same Forbes logotype, utilize the same architectural illustration styles, create a geometric pattern that is aligned with the Hospitality pattern, and invent a new color palette that speaks to the exceptional service and quality of care the Management firm provides.
