Detroit City Football Club, in partnership with architecture firms HOK and Disbrow Iannuzzi, is creating a transformative sports complex and community gathering space that will bridge Southwest Detroit’s Mexicantown and Corktown neighborhoods.

As part of this vision, DCFC engaged Zoyes to create a one-of-a-kind architectural model of the new AlumniFi Field, anchoring the club’s presentation center and bringing clarity to Le Rouge’s future home. Designed to command attention, the model serves as the centerpiece of an immersive sales experience. It captures the full scope of the 15,000-seat stadium, highlighting its premium suite offerings and fan-forward design.

Zoyes led the art direction and production of the 3D-printed model, carefully calibrating its scale, materiality, and detail to reflect the energy of the club and its supporters. In collaboration with Disbrow Iannuzzi, the model was seamlessly integrated into a broader experiential environment, transforming the presentation center into a dynamic, story-driven space that heightens engagement and amplifies excitement for the project.

This highly detailed model brings Detroit’s first soccer-specific stadium into focus, offering visitors a tangible preview of the 15,000-seat venue and an immersive way to experience the project well before completion.
